  1. What are your shipping charges for deliveries inside India
    Delivery charges within India is free of cost for all orders
  2. Delivery of products in how many days?
  3. Deliveries within Pune are done in 24-36 hours. For metro cities in 3 days. For tier II cities & remote areas, it varies from 5-8 days.
  4. Can I track the package once you ship?
  5. Once your order is shipped, we share you tracking number through email & sms. You can track from sms which contains tracking url link.
  6. Are these 1 gram gold jewellery?
  7. These are copper products with high gold polish. One has to avoid contact of water, deo & perfume. Don’t place in velvet boxes.
  8. Does polish of product fade in due course?
  9. Polish or colour will not fade.
  10. Is there any guarantee or warranty on these products?
  11. As such, there is no guarantee on Imitation Jewellery.
  12. Is Gift packing available?
  13. Yes, we do provide gift packing without any extra cost.
  14. Do you deliver to remote areas in India with Cash on Delivery facility?
  15. Yes, we deliver to remotest areas in India that too on Cash on Delivery basis. Delivery period will vary from 7-10 days.
  16. Can billing address and shipping address be different?
  17. Yes, you can give a different shipping address.
  18. What are the payment options?
  19. You can pay in cash (if you are walk-in customer), debit/credit card, net-banking, deposit in our bank account.

  1. How about Return Policy?

We follow Friendly Return Policy of 3 Days. If you didn’t like the product you received, you can replace or return all products. Customer has to write a mail to customercare@hayagi.com about return. We will reply with delivery address. Customer has to send the shipment to our office address on his expense.

  1. Do you provide Worldwide Shipping?
    A. Yes, we ship worldwide. Till date, we have shipped to 22+ countries.
  2. Why I am not able to pay using PayPal?
  3. For PayPal to work, default currency of the website should be in USD. Our website default currency is Indian Rupees. That’s the reason you are not able to pay using PayPal. We have set a manual payment option called PayPal International Payments. Select this option & complete order placing process. We will send you email invoice which will redirect you to payment gateway. Please note: PayPal Charges & Currency Conversion charges (about 8% bot inclusive) apply with this payment option.
  4. Why I am not able to pay using debit/credit card?
  5. Our website supports cards issued in India.
  6. What are the payment options for Overseas Customers?

  8. How do I know that you have received my payment?
  9. You would receive an email confirmation with order # that we have received your payment.
  10. What’s delivery period?
  11. Once we receive payment confirmation, your order will be dispatched. Tracking number will be shared once it is shipped. Destinations like US, UK, Canada, Gulf Countries & Australia are usually delivered in 7 working days. Singapore & Malaysia      shipments are delivered in 5 days.
  12. Can I pay using bank transfer? Where do I get details of your bank account?
