Customer has to write to us on contact@hayagi.com, or call/sms/whatsapp on 7557221008, about product return/replacement within 3 days of receipt of order. After this period no return/replacement is entertained. After writing mail, customer has to send it back to our address on their expense using well known courier agency within 7 days. On receipt of returned goods, we will issue you another product of your choice or Refund your money. Return/Replacement is only one time for one order. Unboxing video must for returns subject to breakage or damage.
