RETURNS POLICY
The products ordered online (www.Hayagi.com) by our customers are individually made in accordance with their choices, so we respect our customers & support 1 DAY RETURN POLICY. Customer has to write to us on contact@hayagi.com, or call/sms/whatsapp on 7722081376, about product return/replacement within 1 day of receipt of order. After this period no return/replacement is entertained. After writing mail, customer has to send it back to our address on their expense using well known courier agency within 7 days. On receipt of returned goods, we will issue you another product of your choice or Refund your money. Return/Replacement is only one time for one order.
